Booking

Please book your appointment through our website or the link in our Instagram profile. Please always use this online system instead of sending a message.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• More than 48 hours ahead: you can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge through the Notino online booking system.
• Within 48 hours: we accept rescheduling and cancellation only by phone or SMS, on +36 30 834 6204.

Important: we cannot accept cancellations or changes sent by push notification, e-mail or private message.

Payment methods

Payment is made on site, at the end of the treatment. The available payment methods are:

• bank card
• Revolut transfer or bank transfer
• cash (forints)

Cancellation policy and no-shows

Because your booked appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we charge an availability fee for treatments cancelled late or missed.

Examples: for a 30-minute treatment, HUF 10,000; for a 65-minute treatment (as it exceeds one hour), HUF 20,000.

Any change of appointment within 48 hours counts as a cancellation, so the rules above apply to it as well.

If we change your appointment

If we have to cancel your appointment for reasons beyond our control, you will receive credit as compensation, which you can use for a new booking or a product purchase (it cannot be exchanged for cash).

Parking

Our salon's address: 1135 Budapest, Reitter Ferenc utca 90. fszt. 2. Parking is paid between 8:30 and 18:00; the parking zone code is 0135.

Opening hours

We reserve the right to change our opening hours; we always announce changes on the website. We also post about holiday opening hours in our newsletter and on Instagram stories. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch using the details on the Contact page.
