Waxing for men
Instant smoothness, quick and precise
Waxing removes the hair completely, from below the skin's surface, so the result is visible immediately and the skin stays smooth for days. It is a quick solution when you need results soon: for a holiday, sport, an important event, or if you simply want a neater, more groomed look.
From the ears, eyebrows and nose on the face, through the chest, back and legs, to the intimate area, every treatment is carried out tailored to male skin and male body hair. Alongside precise work, the integrity of our guests' skin matters most to us: we adjust the temperature of the wax and the technique to the area and the sensitivity of the skin.
The effect is temporary: the hair usually grows back within 2–3 weeks, so to maintain the result the treatment must be repeated regularly. If you don't want to come back every week or month, it is worth considering a lasting solution.

Before the treatment
- Hair should be about 0.5–2 cm long: do not shave before the treatment, longer hair is trimmed at the salon.
- Arrive with clean skin, free of cream and oil.
- If you use a product containing retinoids, let us know, and do not use it for about 3–4 weeks beforehand.
- Avoid sunbathing and tanning beds before the treatment; sunburned skin cannot be waxed.
- Tell the specialist which medications you are taking.
After the treatment
- Redness and sensitivity for a few hours are normal.
- For a few days, avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming pools, sunbathing and intense exercise.
- Wear loose, breathable clothing and moisturise the skin with a fragrance-free cream.
- Do not scrub or scratch the treated area; to prevent ingrown hairs, gentle exfoliation can follow after 2–3 days.
- If redness or swelling lasts longer than 2 days, seek medical advice.
When is it not recommended?
- During and after a course of oral retinoids (isotretinoin, acitretin): not recommended for 6–12 months.
- On sunburned, irritated, damaged or inflamed skin, on wounds, and with herpes.
- In case of diabetes or circulatory disorders, prior medical consultation is required.
- On areas prone to inflammation, ingrown hairs or skin conditions, the specialist decides.
- In case of allergy to wax or resin components.
What might you feel?
- A brief, sharp pulling sensation as the hair is removed, which varies depending on the area.
- It is more noticeable on the face and sensitive areas, and less so on smooth surfaces.
- With regular treatment, for many people the hair grows back finer and sparser.
- Before the treatment we tell you what to expect.

How we work
What our clients ask most often
How long should the hair be for waxing?
About 0.5–2 cm is ideal. Wax cannot grip anything shorter than this, and longer hair is trimmed at the salon, so do not shave before the treatment.
How long does the effect of waxing last?
The hair usually grows back within 2–3 weeks, and the rate of hair growth varies by area. Waxing is a temporary solution: the result is immediate, but it has to be repeated regularly.
Does waxing hurt?
A brief, sharp pulling sensation as the hair is removed. It is more noticeable on the face and sensitive areas, and less so on smooth surfaces. Before the treatment we tell you what to expect.
When should you not wax?
Not recommended during, and for 6–12 months after, a course of oral retinoids (isotretinoin, acitretin). We also do not carry it out on sunburned, irritated, damaged or inflamed skin, on wounds, or with herpes. Tell us if you use a retinoid product, and do not use it for about 3–4 weeks beforehand.
Wax or laser hair removal?
Waxing gives an instant but temporary result; the hair grows back in 2–3 weeks. If you are looking for a lasting solution, we recommend laser hair removal: from session to session it thins out and fines down the regrowing hair.
How much does waxing cost?
Waxing the nose costs HUF 3,000, eyebrows and ears HUF 4,000, underarms HUF 5,000, chest HUF 8,000, full legs HUF 18,000. The full list is on the Price list page.
