Privacy notice
A short, clear overview of what data we process, why, and what you can do if you have a question.
The data controller
For the Beautyflow for Men website (manflow.pro) and the salon’s services, the data controller is: ATRIA NOX Kft. (registered office: 1116 Budapest, Fegyvernek utca 121, ground floor, door 1; tax number: 33054245-1-43; company registration number: 01 09 456681; e-mail: [email protected]; phone: +36 70 771 7794). The purpose of this notice is to explain transparently what personal data we process, for what purpose and for how long.
What data do we process, and why?
Cookies and third-party services
The website essentially works without cookies. Statistics and ad-measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) are only set if you give your consent in the banner that appears. Consent is voluntary, is not a condition for using the site, and you can withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Measurement is carried out by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC; the data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. Without consent, measurement may run in a limited, cookie-free mode, in which case no data can be used for personalised advertising. The Contact page shows an embedded Google map, and fonts are currently loaded through the Google Fonts service; when these are used, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Appointment booking takes place on the Notino platform, which is subject to separate data protection rules.
How long do we keep the data?
We process data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose. Accounting documents are kept for the legally required retention period. Data based on consent is processed until the consent is withdrawn. After an enquiry has been answered, we delete the e-mail correspondence within a reasonable time.
What rights do you have?
- access to the data we hold about you
- rectification, erasure, restriction of processing
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests
- data portability
- consent can be withdrawn at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal)
For any request, write to [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu), or go to court.
